MSA FUTURES

The New Standard For The Next Generation

The regional standard for youth development is evolving. MSA Futures is a specialized, year-round competitive travel program designed specifically for the most critical years of a player’s journey. By centering our curriculum on technical autonomy and decision-making, we provide a professional environment where the player is the sole priority.

  • Age Group: Rising U9 (Birth years: August 1, 2017 – July 31, 2018)

  • Format: Co-ed Competitive Travel

  • Season: 2026-2027 Full-Year Cycle

THE MSA DIFFERENCE: A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH

EXPERT GUIDANCE

In the traditional model, the most experienced directors often work with older teams. We believe the foundational years require the most skilled teachers. At MSA, our Directors lead the training for every player, at every session.

THE 3:1 TRAINING RATIO

Development happens during the week. We prioritize three quality training sessions for every one game played, ensuring players have the time and space to master new skills before applying them in a match environment.

YEAR-ROUND MOMENTUM

We move away from the "stop-and-go" seasonal model. By training in our professional, climate-controlled indoor facility, we provide a steady, reliable rhythm that respects a child’s developmental pace without weather interruptions.

Join the Next Generation: March Evaluations

We invite all interested players to attend our formal evaluations. While only one session is required, we recommend attending at least two so our staff can get a complete understanding of your child’s playstyle.

Dates & Times:

  • Sunday, March 8: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Wednesday, March 11: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Sunday, March 15: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Location: 24540 Arcola Center Plaza, Sterling, VA 20166

Note: We also use our current Pre-Academy sessions as ongoing evaluation opportunities. Families are encouraged to sign up for sessions in the run-up to March to familiarize their players with our environment.
