ACADEMY TRAINING
For players ages 10–15 ready to sharpen their technical foundation, game understanding, and physical performance.
The Academy stage bridges the gap between early development and elite performance—where consistency, speed of play, and decision-making under pressure take shape.
Our small-group format ensures every player is challenged appropriately, with coaching that targets both technical precision and real-game execution.
Total Skills Technical Training
Ages: 10–13
Perfect for players looking to get extra touches, improve comfort on the ball, and build confidence in fundamental skills. Training focuses on ball mastery, passing and receiving technique, first touch, and 1v1 attacking and defending.
Ideal for: players newer to structured training or those seeking technical development outside their team environment.
Winter Edge Training
Ages: 10–13 & 14–16
Our most focused small-group winter program for serious and motivated players. Designed for those who don’t want to lose their sharpness during the off-season or are preparing for high school tryouts.
Sessions emphasize speed of play, first touch under pressure, transitional play, and game-realistic intensity.
Ideal for: competitive and elite-level players (ECNL, GA, MLS Next) or athletes determined to elevate their game.
Game-Ready Conditioning
Ages: 11+
Soccer-specific performance training to improve speed, agility, strength, and endurance. This program is ideal for players who want to increase match fitness, recover stronger, and sustain performance through longer games and tournaments.
Can be paired with any technical program.
