WHAT IS WINTER EDGE TRAINING?

Winter Edge Training is a focused, small-group program designed to help players sharpen their game and gain an edge before spring. A structured, progressive 5–6 week training program focused on building technical precision, physical sharpness, and game-ready confidence. Each week builduing on the last, we leverage the short off-season window to provide accelerated development in both technical skill and game-speed athleticism.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Format Options:

  • Once per week (Tuesday or Thursday)

  • Twice per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

Ages/Times:

  • U10–U13: 5:00–6:00 PM

  • U14–U16: 6:00–7:00 PM

Upcoming Programs & Pricing:

  • Pre-Winter Break

    • November 11 – December 18 (Off Thanksgiving Week)

  • Once per week: $250 (5 sessions)

  • Twice per week: $450 (10 sessions)

  • Post-Winter Break

    • January 6 – February 13 (Registration Opening Soon)

  • Once per week: $300 (6 sessions)

  • Twice per week: $525 (12 sessions)
