Team Field Rental

Complete Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Process & Approval

All team field rentals require completion of our online request form and are subject to management approval. Requests will be reviewed within 24-48 hours.

Approval Criteria:

  • Youth teams receive priority (ages 18 and under preferred)

  • Current facility members and long-term clients receive booking priority

  • Organized teams with designated coach/manager contact

  • Appropriate group size for facility capacity

  • Professional communication and conduct expectations

Not all rental requests will be approved. Management reserves the right to decline any request without detailed explanation.

2. Pricing & Payment

Single Session: $200/hour - One-time rental, full payment required

4-Session Package: $720 total ($180/hour) Package credits expire March 31st

Payment Terms:

  • Approved teams have 48 hours to complete booking and payment

  • Full payment required to secure rental slot

  • Package payments must be made in full upfront

  • Payments processed through facility's online booking system

  • Failure to complete payment within 48 hours releases the reserved slot

3. Booking & Scheduling

Advance Booking:

  • Minimum 24-hour advance booking required

  • Requests accepted up to 90 days in advance

  • Rental season: November through March

  • Specific time slots subject to availability and facility programming

Package Credits:

  • 4-session packages provide credits usable for any available time slot

  • Credits are non-transferable between different teams/organizations

  • Package credits expire March 31st with no extensions or refunds

  • Each hour of field time requires one (1) credit

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requirements:

Cancellation policies vary based on advance notice provided. See specific terms below for refund and credit eligibility.

Refund & Credit Terms:

  • 30+ days advance notice: Full refund less $25 administrative fee

  • 7+ days advance notice: Full credit applied to future rental

  • Less than 7 days notice: No credit or refund provided

  • No-shows: Full forfeiture of payment

  • Facility-initiated cancellations: Full credit issued if facility cancels due to unsafe driving conditions or facility emergencies

Package credits that expire unused on March 31st are forfeited with no refund or extension available.

5. Facility Rules & Requirements

Equipment & Attire:

  • Indoor soccer shoes required (no outdoor cleats or street shoes)

  • Shin guards recommended for all participants

  • Teams must provide their own soccer balls

  • No food or drinks on the field

Participant Requirements:

  • All participants must have completed facility liability waivers through our GoTeamUp system

  • Players not currently registered with MSA must create an account at https://goteamup.com/p/10468184-morsink-soccer-academy/ and complete waivers before participating

  • Team roster limited to field capacity (maximum players as determined by management)

  • Designated adult supervisor required for all youth teams

  • Waiver completion must be verified before field access is granted

Conduct Expectations:

  • Professional behavior expected from all participants, coaches, and spectators

  • Profanity, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate termination of rental

  • Damage to facility property will result in repair charges

  • Teams are responsible for conduct of all participants and spectators

6. Liability & Insurance

Waiver Requirements:

All participants must have current liability waivers completed through the facility's GoTeamUp registration system before participating in any rental session. Team organizers are responsible for ensuring all players have active MSA accounts with completed waivers.

Assumption of Risk:

  • Participants engage in field rental activities at their own risk

  • The facility is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage during rental periods

  • Players without completed waivers will not be permitted to participate

Insurance Recommendations:

Teams are strongly encouraged to maintain their own liability insurance coverage. The facility's insurance does not cover participant injuries or team-related incidents.

7. Facility Policies

Access & Security:

  • Teams granted access only during confirmed rental periods

  • Facility staff reserves the right to monitor all rental sessions

  • No access to other facility areas beyond the rented field space

  • Teams must vacate promptly at the end of rental period

Program Priority:

  • Facility's regular programming takes priority over rental requests

  • Rental schedules subject to change for facility events or emergency maintenance

  • Reasonable advance notice provided for any facility-initiated schedule changes

8. Terms Modifications

The facility reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the facility website and communicated to active rental clients. Continued use of rental services after modification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from rental agreements will be resolved through direct communication with facility management. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to local jurisdiction laws.
