By booking a birthday party with MSA, you agree to the following:

Arrival & Setup

• Families must arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up personal items (cake, party favors, decorations, etc.).

• MSA provides silverware, napkins, table covers, balloons, plates, and bottled water. (Families may bring their own additional décor or food if desired.)

Bounce House Rules

• No shoes are allowed inside the bounce house.

• A maximum of 6 children may use it at a time.

Food & Drinks

• Party package includes pizza (2 slices per child, 1 slice per adult), 1 juice box per child, and bottled water.

• No food or drinks are allowed on the turf/field.

• No cleats are permitted on the turf (sneakers only).

Party Flow

• Children are not permitted in the bounce house until after the soccer session.

• Once lunch and cake have been served, children may not return to the field or bounce house.

• A party host will be present to assist with cake cutting, food distribution, and keeping the schedule on track.

• While MSA provides a standard party schedule, timing is flexible (within the allotted 2-hour window). Families may adjust soccer/free play or cake/lunch timing, but the party must end on time.

Waivers

• Every participant (child and adult) must complete and sign a waiver before entering the field or bounce house.

• Waivers should be submitted online before the party. Guests who have not completed the waiver will be required to do so on-site before joining activities.

Facility Rules

• Guests agree to treat the facility, furniture, and equipment with respect.

• Children and parents must remain in designated party areas (field, bounce house, lounge, bathrooms). Entering other areas is not permitted.

• MSA reserves the right to remove participants who fail to follow safety rules.

• The host family is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by attendees outside of normal play or accidental wear.

Final Guest List & Extras

• A final guest list must be provided 2 days prior to the party.

• Any additions (extra guests, additional time, extra food, etc.) will be added to a final bill, which must be paid on the day of the party.

Liability Release

• Participation in activities, including soccer and bounce house play, involves inherent risks.

• By attending, all participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents.

• MSA, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages sustained during the event.
