Who’s it for?
The MSA Pre-Academy is designed for young players ages 4–9 (U5–U9), including beginners and those with some experience. Players are grouped by birth year to ensure developmentally appropriate instruction:

  • Maecillos (U5–U6): Players born in 2020 or 2021

  • Mejengueros (U7–U9): Players born between 2017 and 2019

 

How does it work?
Unlike traditional seasonal programs, the Pre-Academy runs year-round with ongoing enrollment. Families purchase a monthly membership and choose to attend 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. You can book the days that work best for your schedule based on your membership level.

 

What are the schedule options?
Sessions are offered weekly at the following times:

  • Tuesday: 3:30 PM

  • Thursday: 3:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM

 

How long is each session?

  • Maecillos (Ages 4–6): 45 minutes

  • Mejengueros (Ages 6–9): 60 minutes

 

What does each session include?
Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Players work on:

  • Ball mastery and footwork

  • Movement, coordination, and body control

  • Soccer-based games and small-sided scrimmages

  • Teamwork, confidence, and creativity

Sessions are led by professional coaches who specialize in early player development.

 

What does the program include?

  • High-quality coaching in small-group settings

  • Flexible scheduling (1–3 sessions per week)

  • MSA training jersey (provided upon enrollment)

  • Year-round access to consistent development

 

What are the pricing options?

Maecillos (Ages 4–6):

  • 1 session/week: $175/month

  • 2 sessions/week: $299/month

  • 3 sessions/week: $399/month

Mejengueros (Ages 6–9):

  • 1 session/week: $199/month

  • 2 sessions/week: $350/month

  • 3 sessions/week: $450/month

Each membership includes a set number of class credits per month (4, 8, or 12). Credits cannot be used multiple times in one week to make up missed sessions.

 

How do I register?
You can register online through our TeamUp platform. Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit the registration page: REGISTER

  2. Create or log into your TeamUp account
    (You'll set up a profile for yourself and your child.)

  3. Go to the Calendar or click the Programs tab.

  4. Select the appropriate age group:

    • Maecillos (U5–U6): Players born in 2020 or 2021

    • Mejengueros (U7–U9): Players born between 2017 and 2019

  5. Choose your desired membership package (1, 2, or 3 days/week).

  6. Complete your booking and submit payment.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • You may book classes up to 30 days in advance.

  • Booking closes 7 days before each class.

  • You may cancel up to 1 day before a class to receive a refund or credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

 

Billing & Membership Terms

  • All Pre-Academy memberships are billed monthly.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your TeamUp account, but it must be done at least 10 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
