1-on-1 Personal Training | Partner Training | Small Group Private Training

Elevate your game with personalized training sessions tailored to your development goals. Choose from one-on-one coaching for maximum attention, partner training for collaborative growth, or small group sessions (3-6 players) that balance individual focus with team dynamics. Each hour-long session is customized to develop your technical skills and tactical understanding.

Total Skills Technical Training

Accelerate your technical development in a dynamic group setting. These hour-long sessions, divided by age groups (U10-U13 and U14-U17), focus on essential skills like ball control, passing, shooting, and dribbling with structured guidance from expert coaches.

Game Ready Conditioning

Build your athletic performance with soccer-specific fitness training. These 45-minute sessions focus on strength, agility, and explosiveness while preventing injuries and building mental resilience.

Position-Specific Tactical Development Course

This 4-week program is a position-specific tactical study designed for defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Each week features a 30-minute video session exploring the key tactical responsibilities and nuances of a specific position, with the fourth session bringing it all together. Using examples from top-level players, the program focuses on understanding the demands of each role, analyzing how elite players perform, and providing insights into the skills and decision-making required to reach the next level.

Max Performance Recovery Session

Critical to an athlete's success and ability to reach peak performance, recovery sessions are an essential component of their training plan. These 30-minute group sessions focus on stretching, recovery exercises, and utilizing advanced recovery tools and equipment. Designed to help players fully recover, prevent injuries, and optimize performance, these sessions ensure athletes are prepared for their next training session or game.

SportFlex Recovery Massage

SportFlex Recovery Massage is designed to help athletes recover faster and prevent injuries. This massage focuses on enhancing flexibility, improving circulation, and relieving muscle tension after intense training or competition.

Match Analysis

Our 1-on-1 Live Tactical Breakdown offers a comprehensive analysis of your match performance, combining detailed feedback with a live, interactive session. You’ll receive a summary evaluation via email and then meet with a coach to review key moments in real-time.  This session gives you the chance to ask questions, gain deeper insights, and apply the lessons learned to elevate your game.

Player Assessment & Development Guide

A comprehensive and holistic player assessment that evaluates all aspects of a player's game (technical, tactical, physical, psychological). A tailored development plan is created based on these assessments, helping players improve and achieve their specific goals.

Yoga

Designed for both soccer players and active individuals seeking to improve their overall health and fitness. These sessions emphasize flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, enhancing range of motion, promoting recovery, and improving mental focus to support peak athletic performance and overall wellness.

Barre

Perfect for soccer players and active individuals looking to enhance their fitness and athletic performance. Combining ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and stretching, these sessions improve core strength, stability, and flexibility, helping to build a solid foundation for physical fitness and injury prevention.
